WHAT'S MY STORY?
As a distinguished Rapid Innovator and Incubation Strategist, I've dedicated my career to purpose-led innovation at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and social impact. My work spans the development of transformative digital ecosystems that solve complex challenges while creating meaningful human connections.

My innovation philosophy centers on empathy-driven problem-solving, evidenced by pioneering platforms like VHab and ASSISTO that have revolutionized rehabilitation for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions. These technologies exemplify my commitment to creating solutions that not only advance technological boundaries but fundamentally improve lives.

This dedication to purpose-driven technology has resulted in over 100 patents across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EU, Australia) and 30+ published research papers in prestigious journals. My contributions have garnered international recognition, including the UK Global Talent designation and the Innovate UK R&D Grant for Tatvika—our immersive VR platform for digital therapeutics and cognitive training.

My technical expertise spans artificial intelligence, robotics, extended reality, and assistive technologies, complemented by formal education in Quality Management (M.Tech from BITS Pilani) and innovation frameworks (Management Development Program from IIM Kozhikode). I continue to enhance my knowledge through specialized programs, including recent completion of Oxford University's Social Entrepreneurship Program and Enterprenuership Program from Stanford University, USA.

Beyond corporate innovation, I serve as Executive Director at Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) and as Chief Digital Advisor at Inclusys Org Foundation, where we're building inclusive technology ecosystems that empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive in technology careers.
